What does Right Click Info do?
Right Click Info helps organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean in two ways: digital transformation and IT services for small and mid-sized businesses (Microsoft 365, cloud, data, security and managed IT), and Clinisys™ laboratory software (LIMS/LIS) with local implementation, training and support. We have been delivering IT services since 2009.
What is a LIMS or LIS?
A LIMS (laboratory information management system) manages samples, tests, results, instruments and quality records in a laboratory. A LIS (laboratory information system) does this for clinical and healthcare laboratories, including orders, results and reporting. Clinisys™ Laboratory Solution (CLS) supports both LIMS and LIS workflows on a single cloud-based platform.
What is your relationship with Clinisys?
Right Click Info is the Clinisys™ distributor for Latin America and the Caribbean. Clinisys, a global provider of laboratory informatics, announced the partnership in 2025. You can read the announcement in our Resources section.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve Latin America and the Caribbean. Our initial focus markets for Clinisys™ are Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and the Caribbean, with plans to expand across the region.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Implementation, training, documentation and support can be delivered in your language, and this website is available in all three.
What kinds of laboratories can use Clinisys™?
Clinical and anatomic pathology, genomics, public health, environmental, water, food and beverage, contract testing, crop sciences, toxicology and pharmaceutical laboratories, among others. The ROI calculator on this site covers these laboratory types.
What does an implementation involve?
Every project follows four stages: discovery and analysis of your goals and systems; design and planning with clear milestones; build and implementation, including configuration, data migration and training; and support and optimization after go-live. Your team stays involved throughout.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the size of the laboratory, the number of workflows and instruments, integrations and how much data must be migrated. After the discovery stage we provide a plan with milestones and responsibilities, so you know the schedule before committing.
Do you provide training and support after go-live?
Yes. Training is part of every implementation, and ongoing support and optimization are included in how we work. Both are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
What is included in the free business assessment?
A conversation about your goals, current systems and challenges, followed by suggested next steps. It is aimed at businesses looking at Microsoft 365, cloud, data, security or managed IT. You can book it from the Contact page.
How accurate is the ROI calculator?
It gives an estimate based on the figures you enter and standard assumptions for your type of laboratory. Results are for planning and are not a guarantee. We are happy to review the numbers with you and refine them for your laboratory.
Why do your forms ask for a company email?
We work with organizations, so our forms accept company email addresses and real contact details only. This helps us reply to genuine requests quickly. We use your information only to respond to you, as described in our privacy policy.
How do I request a demo or a quote?
Use the Contact page, choose “Request a Clinisys demo”, and tell us about your laboratory. We will reply by email.
